Our waterproofing service involves fully pressure-testing your watch to guarantee protection against moisture ingress. This service typically takes 5 business days to complete. Please allow slightly longer turnaround times if your watch is part of a custom build.

Please note: Waterproofing is available for most models, excluding Nautilus-style builds which do not feature a sealed crown.

Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Absolutely! All of our watches include a link removal tool kit, allowing you to easily adjust the strap for a comfortable and perfect fit.

All of our watches come with a 12-month international warranty, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase. Each watch includes a warranty card provided at the time of purchase. In the rare event of an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for any warranty inquiries or assistance.

Yes — our watches are built to a 30-meter water-resistance standard, meaning they can easily handle everyday splashes, rain, and hand-washing.
