What is a mod watch?
A mod is a custom-built watch crafted using Japanese renowned automatic movements, combined with premium aftermarket components. These include durable stainless steel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and even 18k gold-plated steel for added luxury.
The beauty of a Mod Watch lies in its uniqueness. With an extensive range of aftermarket parts, we can create a one of a kind timepiece tailored to your personal style and preferences.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All in-stock watches ship within 24 hours via Australia Post. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Australia, and slightly longer for international orders.
Are Instinct Time watches waterproof?
Yes, most models are built with water resistance suitable for daily wear. If you need a watch for diving or extreme use, check the product description for the exact depth rating.
What’s the difference between the dial options?
Collector Dial (Logo Style) Features a dial sourced from genuine Japanese-made components, retaining its original logo for those who prefer a heritage inspired look.
Classic Dial (Clean) A minimalist unbranded dial offering a refined, custom aesthetic.
Are your watches original?
All of our watches feature genuine Japanese movements, ensuring precision and reliability, while incorporating custom designs inspired by iconic styles. Please note that we are independent watchmakers and are not affiliated with the Seiko brand in any way.
Can I order a custom watch?
Yes! We hand-assemble custom builds in around 2 weeks (1 week for parts + 1 week assembly). You can choose your dial, bracelet, and caseback style.

Gosh- how can I make another genuine review like the first one I made earlier this year? Had my eyes on the Batman jubilee and of course the quality is second to none. Vincent has impeccable response time to his emails to answer any questions and he gets the watch shipped out in no time! Honestly blown away by the quality and movement of this watch. I was skeptical on buying a custom Seiko mod for myself as I didn’t know how legit these type of websites were but after reading many reviews and knowing it was from Australia my girlfriend took it upon herself to surprise me with one!
