What is an Automatic Watch?
An automatic watch is powered by movement, not a battery. As you wear it, your wrist naturally winds the movement to keep it running.
If left unworn for around 40 hours, it may stop - simply wear it again or gently wind the crown to restart it.
Each timepiece is hand-assembled in our Melbourne workshop with precision and care. Your custom watch will be crafted specifically for you and shipped promptly once complete.

How long will my order take?
Every watch is built after your order is placed. Your timepiece will be assembled, quality checked, and dispatched within 9-13 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your watch is dispatched.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
As each watch is built to order, we ask that any changes or cancellations are requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if my watch arrives damaged or faulty?
All Instinct Time watches are covered by a 1 year international warranty. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
