At Instinct Time, all of our watches are shipped directly from Melbourne, Australia. We prioritize quick processing and aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day.
We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable delivery, and every order includes a tracking number for your peace of mind. You can typically expect your watch to arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Unlike other mod builders who may take weeks to process and ship, we pride ourselves on offering a faster and more efficient service.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Absolutely! All of our watches include a link removal tool kit, allowing you to easily adjust the strap for a comfortable and perfect fit.

All of our watches come with a 12-month international warranty, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase. Each watch includes a warranty card provided at the time of purchase. In the rare event of an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for any warranty inquiries or assistance.
Are Instinct Time watches waterproof?
Yes — our watches are built to a 30-meter water-resistance standard, meaning they can easily handle everyday splashes, rain, and hand-washing.
