Australian Orders (Local Shipping)

  • We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

  • Same-day shipping on all orders placed before 3PM AEST.

  • Orders are packed and shipped within a few hours of being received — we don’t muck around.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

  • Every order includes a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from us to your doorstep.

  • We strive to get your watch to you as fast as possible, so you can start enjoying it right away.


International Shipping

  • We offer global shipping through trusted carriers such as Australia Post International Express or UPS.

  • Average delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Orders are packed and shipped promptly once payment is confirmed.

  • All international parcels come with full tracking for peace of mind.

Refund & Warranty Policy

Instinct Time – Your Satisfaction Guaranteed

At Instinct Time, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted watches. Each timepiece is built with care and precision, and we want you to love your watch as much as we loved building it. That’s why we offer a 14-day satisfaction period and a 12-month warranty on all watches and their mechanical movements.


14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your watch, you may return it for an exchange or refund—no hard feelings! Just make sure your return meets the following criteria:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Watches must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition.

  • Must include original packaging, warranty card, and accessories (tool kit, cloth, strap, etc.).

  • Watches that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be returned.

  • Custom orders, engraved dials, or modified logo dials are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Limited to one return/exchange per order.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Instinct Time is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • No returns or refunds can be processed while the return is in transit.

  • We recommend using tracked and insured postage when returning.


Return Process:

  1. Email us at instincttime.melbourne@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Send the watch back with all original packaging and accessories.

  4. Refunds will be issued within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


12-Month Warranty

We proudly offer a 12-month warranty covering the watch and its mechanical movement. This includes manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Warranty Terms:

  • Covers movement malfunctions and manufacturing faults.

  • Does not cover cosmetic wear, damage from misuse or accidents, water damage, or modifications.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping to Instinct Time.

  • We will repair or replace defective items at no additional cost.

Exclusions:

  • Custom engraved or personalized watches.

  • Watches showing signs of abuse or tampering.

  • Final sale or discounted items marked "as-is".
