I ordered this watch two days ago for my boyfriends birthday and it came so quickly, the watch looks incredible and was beautifully packaged with the tools to adjust . So excited to give it to him!

I received my customised watch today and it was on point to my specification. Communication with Vincent was impeccable and he was able to build my watch in detail and quickly too. This is now my everyday wear watch. Thank you & you’ll definitely hear from me again. He sent me the links that he removed from the bracelet and included a tool kit for future resizing.

I had trouble resizing the watch at first. It was completely my fault as i tried to remove the last link the in the bracelet that shouldn’t have been removed and ended up bending one of the screws. I emailed Vincent who generously said to ship it back so he can fix it for me. Within a week it was shipped to and from Sydney to Melbourne and back to Sydney all fixed.

The watch itself is an amazing piece of art. I love winding the automatic NH35 watch and watching it tick away. The Seiko mariner is such a classic piece - it’s timeless beauty!

The service I’ve seen with Vincent with the quick responses is on another level. He’s definitely earned my trust as a customer. Recommended my neighbour to buy his first Seiko mod and i also ended up buying my second piece immediately: a white panda Seiko Daytona.

This is my second Seiko mod from Vincent. The watch is an absolute beauty. Can’t go wrong with a steel Seiko Daytona. The chrronographs work as they should on a Seiko VK63 meca quartz.

I requested the bracelet to be resized and it came as a perfect fit. Absolutely love this watch. I’ll be wearing it on a daily basis to work with pride.
